  • Wildflower "raw" honey is NOT pasteurized, so its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen are retained. This makes the honey more rich and strong in flavor!
  • Regular honey is pasteurized, which causes the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen to reduce. The flavor is more mild compared to the "raw" honey.
Slow Flavor Infusion Process

Our slow infusion process creates an homogenized honey with robust, evenly distributed layered profiles that are intoxicating with a well-balanced richness with buttery, caramel undertones to a deep smokey flavor.
Dark Amber Honey Jar

The honey is packaged in a darker color jar to preserve them from the light. When honey is exposed to light, it can degrade the quality and its natural properties.
Storage Information
  • Store raw honey in a cool, dry, dark place in your pantry such as a cabinet
  • Honey stores best between 60 to 80 degrees Farenheit
  • Keep it away from direct sunlight as heat can destroy nutrients
  • Use a clean, dry spoon or dipper to serve the honey and close lid properly after each use
