Wildflower "Raw" Honey

Wildflower "Raw" Honey

  • "Raw" means the honey has not been heated using high heat. From here, the differences are between strained, unfiltered or filtered which comes down to how much solid material is removed.

    • Raw Strained honey is poured through a coarse mesh or strainer to remove large pieces of wax, bee parts, or hive debris but is smooth and clean-looking.

    • Raw Filtered honey is run through a fine filter or cloth (finer than a strainer) which removes smaller pieces of wax, bee parts, or hive debris and is much clearer with an even smoother appearance. The texture is liquid and golden, with less cloudiness.

    • Raw Unfiltered is the least processed but may contain large pieces of wax, bee parts, or hive debris and is cloudier and thicker, and often has a very strong, robust flavor.

Regular Honey

  • Regular honey has been heated using high heat

  • It has been pasteurized, which causes the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen to reduce.

  • The flavor is more mild compared to the "raw" honey.

What makes our honey high quality?

Under the California sun, our bees roam freely among flower blossoms, crafting honey rich with the essence of every bloom. At Glory Grove Organics, we believe honey should taste exactly as nature intended — pure, alive, and unaltered.

Our honey is raw, never pasteurized, preserving its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and the delicate floral aroma of nature’s fields. Yet we take one gentle extra step — filtering — to remove bits of wax and hive debris while keeping all the goodness intact. The result is honey that’s beautifully clear, silky, and brimming with flavor and vitality.

Each jar reflects our respect for the bees, the land, and the craft of honest beekeeping — golden proof that nature always knows best.
