- Our Products: All products we sell, from luffa sponges to organic pet treats, are carefully selected for their quality and organic goodness.
- Pricing: Prices are listed on our site, but please keep in mind that prices and availability are subject to change. You can stock up and keep a stash of loofahs on hand as there's no expiration date! Just keep them in a cool dry space and they'll last for years.
3. Ordering & Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods, so you can shop however is most convenient for you. All payments must be processed securely through our site’s trusted payment partners (because your safety is important to us!). 🛒
By completing an order, you’re agreeing to pay for the items you’ve selected plus any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. and try our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on its way. Eco-friendly packaging is our jam! 🌍
- Delivery times vary, but we strive for 1-2 business days for processing and as fast as possible for shipping.
- If you live in a state that's considered part of the contiguous USA, your shipping is FREE! For non-contiguous USA states and territories along with international sales, we do our very best to keep shipping prices as low as we possibly can.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP) TO COVER DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT FEES THAT ARE REQUIRED BY YOUR COUNTRY TO RECEIVE PACKAGES FROM THE USA. WE DO NOT USE DDP SHIPPING LABELS BUT WE ARE WORKING ON IT. THANK YOU.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not happy, let us know.
- Returns: Return items within 30 days of purchase in unused, unopened condition for a full refund.
- Exchanges: If you’d prefer to swap your product, we’re happy to help. Just let us know!
